What’s on Offer The team at Bara Electrical are currently looking for an Administrator to join our growing team in Carlisle. This is a full-time, fixed-term role from November 2026 to August 2027 with possible extension. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

As we specialise in the Real Estate Industry, we welcome applicants with Real Estate knowledge, or who may have worked within property management.

We are focused on building our business from the inside out. Our culture and overall work environment are fun and friendly; second to none. The supportive office team includes licensed electricians, A/C techs and ex Property Managers, so someone is always on hand to provide advice and support when needed.

What a typical day looks like…

- Working within a team of five administrators

- Main point for taking administration phone calls





- Sending and responding to incoming email inquiries

- Creation of work orders and processing quote approvals

- Processing of urgent requests from clients

- Assisting with quote inquiries

- Completing administration follow ups to clients

- Part following up with suppliers

- Sending out monthly reminders for annual maintenance packages to clients

- Participating with social media posts

- Basic data entry and administration duties if needed

- Please note, this is a fast past role to keep up with a large incoming volume.

About You

If you pride yourself on exceptional customer service and you have a valuable attitude you could be a great next addition to our team.

Our successful candidate will have experience in a similar field and also be/have:

- Computer literate with a basic understanding of MS Office

- Previous job management software experience (specifically Aroflo) is highly regarded but not essential

- Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment

- Able to multitask on the computer and taking phone calls
- A willingness to learn and improve your skillset and approach
