An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Aged Care Facility Manager to lead a premium, established residential aged care home in North Queensland. This role is ideal for a strong people leader seeking career progression, lifestyle change and the support of a large, reputable organisation.

The Role

Reporting to senior operations leadership, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the facility, ensuring exceptional care delivery, compliance, financial sustainability and staff engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

- End-to-end operational management of a large residential aged care facility





- Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements

- Leadership, coaching and development of a large multidisciplinary team

- Oversight of budgets, occupancy and financial performance

- Building strong relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders

- Driving continuous improvement, quality outcomes and resident satisfaction

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience as a Facility Manager or Senior Manager in residential aged care

- Significant experience as a Clinical Manager with experience stepping up to cover the Facility Management role

- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory compliance

- Demonstrated leadership capability in managing large teams

- Sound financial and operational management skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
