Chris Barnard Health is a trusted provider of in-home aged care and community support across Melbourne. We're growing our team across Melbourne's northern and eastern suburbs and looking for Support Workers based in or around Preston, Reservoir, Bundoora, Thomastown, Lalor, Epping, Mill Park, Greensborough, Heidelberg, Ivanhoe, Northcote, Templestowe, Templestowe Lower, Doncaster, Doncaster East, Donvale, Bulleen, Box Hill, Blackburn, Mitcham, Nunawading, Ringwood and surrounding areas.

Where possible, visits are grouped into local runs, helping you work closer to home rather than travelling across Melbourne.

We currently have a particular need for Support Workers who are available on Mondays and Wednesdays, although we have shifts available every day of the week. Whether you want a few regular shifts or more substantial hours, we're flexible and happy to work with your availability.

What your day looks like Mornings typically start between 7:00am and 9:00am, helping consumers shower,



dress and start their day. Across a shift you might assist with personal care, prepare meals, support mobility and transfers, provide transport to appointments, assist with everyday activities, or simply provide genuine companionship.

You'll support consumers to live safely, confidently and independently in their own homes while providing reliable, respectful and person-centred care.

What we're looking for

Flexibility works both ways. We're happy to build work around your availability, but we're looking for the right people to join our team — Support Workers who are reliable, compassionate and genuinely committed to providing quality care.

You'll need

- Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or Certificate IV in Disability Support)
- National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current First Aid & CPR, and flu vaccination
- Valid driver's licence and a reliable, insured vehicle
- A smartphone
- Compassion, reliability and respect for consumer dignity — character comes first with us

Monday & Wednesday availability is highly desirable We currently have our greatest need on Mondays and Wednesdays, so if you're available on either or both of these days, we'd particularly love to hear from you.

However, we have many shifts available, and you can work as much or as little as suits your availability. We're flexible about when you work. What matters most to us is finding the right people who will provide our consumers with reliable, high-quality support.
