About Raine & Horne

Raine & Horne (R&H;) is one of Australia's most established real estate networks, with over 300 offices across Australia and New Zealand spanning residential and commercial sales, and property management. The business is investing in a significant transformation programme across its data, technology and operating platforms. To support that process, we are hiring an Agile Delivery Lead to join our Sydney-based corporate team.

About the role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a rare greenfield opportunity to transform Real Estate franchising and work with a driven and passionate team. The Agile Delivery Lead will own delivery across the organisation, taking strategy and stakeholder needs and turning them into prioritised, well run workstreams that land on time and to a high standard. The role spans data, technology, finance, marketing, network, and vendor delivery.

A core part of the role is to introduce and embed an agile operating model sized to Raine & Horne, giving the organisation a single, predictable way of planning, prioritising, and shipping work.

We are looking for an individual who is energised by the challenge of building capability from the ground up and equally comfortable influencing executives and facilitating cross-functional collaboration and rolling up your sleeves to ensure delivery momentum is maintained.

Key responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across the business, ensuring outcomes are achieved and value is realised.
- Partner with business leaders and technical stakeholders to prioritise, sequence and optimise work, making informed trade-off decisions when resources or capacity are constrained.
- Maintain a clear and trusted view of all initiatives, proactively communicating progress, risks, dependencies and delivery status to executives and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, resolve blockers and align internal teams, vendors and delivery partners to keep initiatives on track.
- Hold delivery partners and vendors accountable for scope, timelines and quality standards, translating business requirements into clear and actionable delivery plans.

Building the Delivery Capability

- Design and implement an agile delivery framework, selecting and adapting methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or a pragmatic hybrid to meet the needs of different workstreams
- Establish a consistent delivery lifecycle: intake, prioritisation, planning, execution,

reporting and review
- Implement the tools, systems and delivery boards required to create a single source of truth for portfolio and project visibility.
- Introduce pragmatic governance practices, delivery standards and definitions of success that improve quality and consistency without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Define, monitor and report on meaningful delivery metrics, including predictability, throughput, cycle time and delivery performance.
- Coach teams and stakeholders into the new ways of working and continuously improve them.

What you will bring

- A strong track record leading delivery of complex, multi-workstream programs, ideally including data, technology or transformation work.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience and hands-on knowledge of agile delivery, and the credibility to introduce a fit-for-purpose delivery framework into the organisation.
- Proven ability to prioritise, manage dependencies, and keep many moving parts coordinated under time pressure.
- Excellent stakeholder management across executives, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Clear, concise communication that translates between business and technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and build solutions with a practical outcomes-focused approach and a bias for action

Desirable

- Experience delivering data platforms, CRM or systems integration programs.
- Recognised agile or delivery certification (such as Scrum, Protected or Kanban), coupled with practical experience.
- Exposure to real estate, franchise networks or other distributed, multi-site businesses.
