Role Description This is a part time, on-site internship role based in the Adelaide CBD - (office attendance is required) focused on AI Automation and AI Workflow Systems for the October intake. The intern will assist in designing, testing, and optimizing AI workflows that connect with CRM systems, operational tools, and business processes.

Daily tasks may include mapping processes,



configuring automation steps, preparing and executing test cases, documenting workflows, and supporting quality assurance activities. The role involves troubleshooting issues in AI agents and workflows, collaborating with technical and non-technical team members, and contributing to improvements that enhance reliability and performance. The intern will gain hands-on experience with operational AI platforms, workflow automation, and practical business use cases.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with process automation and automation tools to design and refine AI-driven workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues in workflows and system integrations.
- Experience or coursework in creating and executing test cases and supporting quality assurance activities.
- Foundational understanding of AI, software systems, or workflow automation (academic or self-taught).
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree or qualification in computer science, information systems, engineering, data science, or a related field.
- Comfort working on-site and collaborating with cross-functional teams.




- Effective written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail in documentation and testing.
- Interest in practical, applied AI for real business operations; prior experience with CRM tools, integration platforms, or scripting is a plus.

Preferred Skills / Background

- Python based coding and technical automation exposure is beneficial
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
- Familiarity and Strong interest in NVIDIA, CUDA and emerging CPU technologies
- Familiarity or exposure to tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms
- Understanding of APIs, Webhooks, and JSON basics
- Understanding of B2B lead generation concepts is helpful
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SendGrid, Twilio, or outreach systems is a bonus
- Awareness of email deliverability concepts (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) is beneficial
