There are key skills and certificates you'll need to be successful:

- Highly skilled in air conditioning trade competencies
- NSW Trade qualifications in air conditioning & refrigeration
- 3 years' experience working with a variety of commercial air conditioning systems. Installation or service
- Arctick Refrigeration Handling Licence
- WHS construction card (White Card)
- Current drivers' licence
- Australian citizenship and be prepared to undertake a police check.
