About the role

You'll work across a variety of residential and commercial air conditioning installations throughout Sydney. We're a family-owned and operated air conditioning business with a strong reputation for quality workmanship and excellent service. You'll work with a close-knit team, have direct access to the owners and supervisors, and be trusted to do your job properly.

Key responsibilities

- Split system installations

- Ducted air conditioning installations

- VRV/VRF systems

- Residential and commercial projects

- Reading plans and completing installations to a high standard

- Working safely and keeping jobs organised and presentable

- Representing Roberts Air Conditioning professionally on site

- Delivering the quality workmanship our reputation is built on

About you

- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence

- White Card

- Current Australian Driver Licence

- Your own standard hand tools – we supply the big-ticket equipment

- Strong installation experience

- Good communication and a professional attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Pride in your workmanship

- Experienced 3rd and 4th-year apprentices are also encouraged to apply
