XS Espresso Northmead is looking for a friendly, energetic and reliable Cafe All-Rounder to join our team.

We’re after someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment, provides great customer service and is happy to help across all areas of the venue.

Duties will include

- Taking customer orders and operating the POS
- Serving food and drinks
- Running food and clearing tables
- Basic food preparation
- Preparing coffees and drinks where required
- Keeping the café clean, organised and presentable
- Supporting the team during busy service periods

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous café or hospitality experience
- Is friendly, confident and customer-focused
- Works well under pressure
- Is reliable, punctual and a strong team player
- Has positive communication skills
- Has flexible availability, including weekends
- Barista experience is highly regarded
