What role will you play?

As an Analyst, you will advise clients on undertaking acquisitions, mergers, sales of businesses or raising capital. You will be responsible for creating, implementing and reviewing complex financial models, understanding key business drivers and determining profitability. You will assist in the coordination of transaction workstreams across mergers and acquisitions and capital raisings, and will develop presentations, information memorandums and investment committee/board papers for clients.

We are open to hiring locations in our Melbourne, Sydney & Perth offices.

What You Offer

- 1+ years of experience in an investment bank or boutique with M&A; advisory




- Excellent financial modelling capabilities, which may have been gained through valuation, forecasting or scenario analysis (ability to build models from scratch e.g., DCF, LBO, merger models)
- Strong understanding of financial statements
- Strong communication skills, enabling you to present key insights to senior stakeholders
- Team player approach and able to excel in a rapid paced and challenging work environment
