Novo Capital is an independent M&A; transaction advisory business seeking a talented Analyst keen to further develop their skills and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of large deals.

We are exclusively transaction-focused, doing mostly high profile large deals specialising in the Private Equity industry and in sector roll-ups. The business has been established for over 15 years with an exceptional reputation and ongoing inbound deal-flow.

You must have already had at least 3 years post-Uni work experience, ideally in Australian-based transaction services , corporate advisory, private equity, investment banking, or other M&A-related; role, backed up by relevant academic qualifications.

Primary responsibilities are transaction-execution related including due diligence, data room management, financial model building, financial analysis, company & sector research, preparation of investment presentations and other transaction materials.

You must have advanced Excel skills, excellent written and spoken English language skills, and strong attention to detail.



Your style should be proactive and personable and you would enjoy working with a small friendly team in a fast-paced, non-corporate, entrepreneurial environment. The ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects is critical.

While strong technical skills are expected, the right attitude, a humble manner, willingness to learn, strong people skills and a valuable communication style, are attributes that will be most highly valued.

The role will offer unique exposure for the right person, with large deals underway that you would be involved with from day one. An immediate start is possible.

Remuneration will comprise a competitive salary package with a compelling bonus structure paid on a per-deal basis.
