This role suits a candidate with relevant accounting experience, who has a keen interest in the property and construction industries.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

- Appropriate Accounting or advisory experience (1-2 years).
- Bachelors Degree in Business / Accounting preferred.
- Explicit written and verbal communications skills.
- Commercial attitude to problem solving, negotiation and timely decisions.
- Motivated and efficient with an ability to take ownership of assigned matters and coordinate multiple work streams.





Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Detailed financial modelling, forecast cashflow and feasibility analysis of a portfolio of properties.
- Implement end-of-month accounting processes, including bank reconciliations and reporting.
- Identify, analyse and implement strategic and creative options to maximise property realisations and outcomes across a range of distressed property types and locations.
- Prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Work alongside in-house Delivery Advisory team to mange construction projects.
