About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Architect with strong rail project experience and a well-rounded background across design. This is a great chance for an all-round architect who enjoys working across the full project lifecycle - from concept design and town planning through to documentation, contract administration and delivery on site.

This role is based in Brisbane and will be fully remote to start, as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of project delivery, including concept design, town planning, design development, documentation and contract administration
- Supervise quality control, production and management of resources to meet project commitments
- Lead engagement with broader stakeholders including councils, government departments and consultants as required
- Provide regular, accurate feedback to the team to help manage time and client expectations
- Apply strong technical knowledge of building materials, construction methods and applicable codes and standards to project documentation
- Work effectively and collaboratively in a remote capacity, staying closely connected with the broader Genton team

About You

- Bachelor of Architecture (or equivalent 5-year degree) plus relevant post-qualification experience
- Strong rail project experience, ideally across design, documentation and delivery stages
- Excellent Revit skills, with working knowledge of AutoCAD and other CAD/visualisation tools (SketchUp, Rhino, 3D Studio Max, V-Ray and Adobe Creative Suite advantageous)
- Sound understanding of architectural practice, building materials,



construction methods and compliance requirements
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and technical experts
- Comfortable working autonomously and remotely, with strong self-management and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organisational ability
