We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Asset Management Officer to support the delivery of the City's asset management function through the collection, maintenance, analysis and reporting of critical asset data across infrastructure, buildings, plant and equipment portfolios.

About the Role

- Support the delivery of the City of Karratha’s asset management function through asset data collection, maintenance, analysis and reporting across infrastructure, buildings, plant and equipment portfolios.
- Maintain accurate asset registers and records, ensuring the integrity of asset data within the City’s Enterprise Asset Management and GIS systems.
- Assist with asset management planning activities including lifecycle modelling, renewal forecasting,



performance analysis and asset management plans.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support infrastructure planning, maintenance programs, reporting requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Requirements

- Must be residing in or relocating to Karratha
- Qualifications in Asset Management, Engineering, Infrastructure Planning or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with asset management systems and asset data, with knowledge of enterprise asset management platforms and GIS applications highly regarded.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate outcomes.
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence and a current National Police Clearance.
