Working closely with the Centre Director, you will support the day-to-day operations of the service while mentoring and developing educators, driving quality practice, and fostering a collaborative and professional environment. The Ideal ApplicantWe are seeking a highly capable and experienced leader with a proven track record as a leader in a long day care or early learning setting. You will bring a strong qualified presence and the ability to lead with confidence, clarity, and integrity. Key requirements include:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong working knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Standard, and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to drive quality improvement and maintain compliance
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Valid Working With Children Check and RHHAN-EC
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
