Our clients are a leading boutique financial planning practice located in the West Perth area (10 mins from Perth CBD) and due to growth and high success the partners are now looking to add to their already successful team with the addition of a full -time Junior Financial Advisor or Graduate Financial Advisor.

The practice employs 4 staff and 2 partners offering services within financial planning to a diverse range of clients from across Australia.

Please note: We would also consider candidates who are still at university who could work part time whilst attending university studying the financial planning degree.

The Vacancy:

- Prepare client Annual Review reports

- Adviser Support

- Preparation of client Compliance documents
- liaise with insurance providers.

- Produce quotes.

- Data entry for clients.

- Ensure compliance obligations are to a high standard

- Address client queries.

- The use of XPLAN

- Assist senior advisors during client meetings and presentations

- Research various investment and insurance products

- Work towards becoming a fully qualified Financial Advisor

To Apply:

- Experience in a similar role within financial services is ideal but we would also consider Graduates (part or fully degree qualified)





- Be part or fully degree qualified (Financial planning)

- Hold Xplan and Microsoft office knowledge but not essential as training provided

- Excellent communication skills

- Positive time management skills

- Willing to learn and become fully qualified as a Financial Advisor

- Strong client service experience

- Team player working within a small team

- Be an Australian Citizen or P.R visa holder (No visa sponsorship offered)

In return:

- Salary of up to $80,000 to $120,000 Super Commissions (Depending on experience)

- Full time hours (Office based)
