Werribee and Western Automotive Group is excited to invite applications for the role of Business Manager (Finance & Insurance) to join our award-winning team. This position is ideal for a professional with relevant qualifications in Finance & Insurance (F&I;) and hands-on experience in the automotive industry. We are looking for someone with an engaging approach to customer service, skilled at presenting F&I; options to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

- Deliver compelling presentations of finance, insurance, and warranty products to customers.
n
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to build strong relationships, negotiate, and finalize finance deals.
n
- Oversee the F&I; process, including documentation collection and submission.
n
- Drive sales performance and meet or exceed dealership targets.
n
- Offer insurance and warranty products to cash customers.
n

Requirements

- Proven experience in Finance & Insurance, preferably within the automotive sector.
n
- Proficiency in computer systems and tools.
n
- Exceptional customer service abilities, with a knack for understanding customer needs.
n
- Accountability and commitment to achieving F&I; goals.

- Detail-oriented with a professional and optimistic outlook.

- Excellent interpersonal skills for nurturing internal and external relationships.

- A team player who is proactive and willing to step out of an office setting when needed.
