Studfield Dental Group is seeking a highly experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Assistant / Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team in our modern Studfield practice.

About the Role
n
As an experienced Dental Assistant / Dental Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day success of our practice. You will confidently provide high-quality chairside assistance across a range of dental procedures while delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support at reception.
n
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy setting, and takes pride in delivering outstanding patient experiences from the moment a patient enters the practice through to the completion of their treatment.

Skills & Experience
n
You will have:
n
n
- Minimum 3 years' experience working as both a Dental Assistant and Dental Receptionist
n
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting
n
- Advanced dental knowledge, including clinical procedures, infection control protocols, instruments, and treatment workflows
n
- Advanced reception and administration skills, including appointment management, treatment coordination, patient communication, and billing processes
n
- Strong computer literacy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
n
- Previous experience using Dental4Windows (D4W) or similar dental practice management software (highly regarded)
n
- The ability to work confidently and independently while supporting the wider team
n
