Job Description
The Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria is seeking a Youth Justice Advanced Case Manager to supervise and coordinate services for high-risk young people on court orders in the South East Metro Region (Frankston, Dandenong, Ringwood).

You will lead day-to-day statutory supervision, develop client service plans, liaise with courts and health services, and implement strategies to address offending behaviour, with a focus on rehabilitation and community reintegration.
