- Supervise and coordinate mechanical crews on site.

- Oversee mechanical maintenance, repair and installation activities.
n
- Provide hands-on technical support and mechanical guidance to the site team.
n
- Coordinate daily work activities and ensure work is completed safely and to schedule.
n
- Monitor site safety, quality and compliance requirements.
n
- Coordinate with other site supervisors, trades and project personnel.
n
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with site procedures and safety requirements.
n
- Complete shift handovers, reporting and relevant site documentation.
n

To be successful, you will ideally have:
n
n
- Proven experience working as a Mechanical Supervisor.
n
- Robust mechanical knowledge and hands-on mechanical experience.
n
- Demonstrated experience working with Bucket Wheel Reclaimers.
n
- Experience or knowledge of Balance Machines.
n
- Experience within fixed plant, mining, mineral processing or heavy industrial environments.
n
- Strong leadership, communication and safety skills.
n
- Previous experience supervising and coordinating mechanical crews.
n
- Ability to work effectively on both day and night shifts.
n
- Ability to mobilise to the Karratha / Pilbara region at short notice.
