About the role

Ray White Platinum South is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our energetic and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in property management within a well-established brand known for its supportive culture, strong reputation, and commitment to professional development. This role is ideal for someone who is either already registered in real estate or actively working towards obtaining their WA Property Management registration. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, develop, and progress into a Property Manager role over time.

The successful candidate will work closely alongside an experienced Property Manager and receive structured, hands-on training for approximately six months, with ongoing coaching and support to build confidence and capability in all aspects of property management.

The role is based in our Kardinya, WA office.

What you'll be doing

- Supporting Property Managers with day-to-day portfolio management tasks
- Assisting with arrears management, leasing, vacates, and routine inspections
- Completing administrative duties and maintaining accurate property and tenant records
- Coordinating maintenance and repair requests with tenants, landlords, and trades
- Communicating professionally with tenants, landlords, and contractors
- Learning and progressively taking on more responsibility under supervision
- Providing high-quality customer service to landlords and tenants
- Supporting the broader property management team as required

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in property management or real estate is highly desirable




- 1 year experience in the real estate industry is desirable
- Current WA Property Management registration, or actively working towards obtaining it
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with property management software and Google Workspace (eg. PropertyMe/PropertyTree)
- A genuine interest in building a career in real estate
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team mindset
- Current WA Driver's License
