Property Officer — Boutique Agency, Sydney's Southern Suburbs

We're looking for a motivated and talented Property Officer to join our dynamic, supportive team. This is a outstanding opportunity to learn directly from an industry leader at a highly regarded boutique agency in Sydney's Southern suburbs.

Some experience in real estate is ideal but not essential — we're focused on finding the right person with the right attitude. Ideally you'll hold a NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration, but if not, let's have a chat. You'll bring strong written and verbal communication, sharp attention to detail, solid time management, and great organisational skills.

You'll work alongside our approachable Senior Property Manager with 20+ years' experience, assisting to manage a diverse portfolio ranging from studios to premium residences.

Day-to-day duties include:

- Organising and attending open for inspections,



and responding to property enquiries
- Processing applications and reference-checking tenants
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Completing ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections, and preparing condition reports
- Managing lease negotiations and sign-ups
- Reporting and administrative tasks
