We’re working with a high-performing Agent looking for an ambitious Associate Agent to join his team in an apprenticeship-style role.

This is a genuine pathway for someone who wants to build a long-term career in sales, learn directly from an experienced operator and understand how successful agents actually create business.

The role is heavily focused on prospecting, lead generation and getting out into the market. You’ll be speaking with people, building relationships and learning how to turn activity into future listings and sales.

THE ROLE

You’ll be involved in

- Door knocking and face-to-face prospecting
- Cold calling and database follow-up
- Lead generation
- Saturday home opens
- Buyer callbacks and follow-up
- Building relationships with prospective sellers
- General sales support
- Learning the full sales process from the ground up

This is an active, field-based role with plenty of time spent out in the market rather than behind a desk.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who:
- Genuinely wants to build a career in real estate sales
- Is confident speaking with people face-to-face and over the phone
- Is comfortable with cold prospecting
- Can handle rejection and keep moving
- Is self-motivated and happy working independently




- Likes accountability and clear expectations
- Is available Saturdays
- Holds a current Australian Driver’s Licence

Previous cold calling, door knocking or prospecting experience would be highly regarded, but attitude and work ethic will matter just as much. WHY THIS ROLE?
