The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join a specialist succession law team, working across a broad range of matters including:

- Estate and succession planning

- Probate and deceased estates

- Family Provision Act matters

- Equity and capacity matters

- Succession-related litigation

- Wills and related estate planning documents





You will have the opportunity to manage matters with autonomy while also mentoring and supporting junior members of the team.

About You

- 3+ years' PAE

- Experience across Wills & Estates, Family Law, Succession Law and/or Supreme Court litigation

- Strong drafting, technical and client management skills

- Confident managing matters with autonomy

- Ability and willingness to mentor junior team members
