They are now seeking an Audit Manager who is keen to step into a key leadership role, managing and mentoring junior team members while overseeing a diverse portfolio of audit clients. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Manage a client portfolio of approximately $1m in fees
- Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion
- Mentor, train, and support junior team members
- Review audit work and provide technical guidance and constructive feedback
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the audit process

To be considered for this exceptional leadership position you will:
- Have a minimum of 4-5 years' audit experience within a reputable public practice firm
- Hold a CA/CPA qualification (or be close to completion)
- Be experienced using CaseWare (highly regarded but not essential)
- Mentor and train junior team members
- Poses excellent communication, organisational, and client relationship management skills
