As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers and workshop – making sure customers are kept informed, their vehicles are looked after and every interaction delivers a positive service experience.

The Role

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will:

- Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional service experience
- Manage service bookings and customer enquiries
- Listen to customers and understand their servicing and repair needs
- Liaise closely with Technicians regarding repairs, estimates and timeframes
- Keep customers informed throughout the servicing and repair process
- Provide advice on recommended maintenance, repairs and manufacturer products
- Build strong customer relationships and support customer retention




- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services where appropriate
- Ensure repair orders, invoices and associated documentation are completed accurately
- Work closely with the wider Service team to deliver a great customer experience

About You We’re looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar dealership service role
- A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to stay organised and manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- A positive, proactive and skilled approach
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using computer systems and dealership software
- A strong team mindset and willingness to contribute
- A current and valid driver’s licence

Experience in a high-volume dealership environment will be highly regarded, but most importantly, we’re looking for strong Service Advisor experience, a excellent attitude and someone who knows how to look after customers. What’s in it for YOU?
