responsibilities Checking the cleanliness of equipment and bakery premises before production runs to ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations Inspecting the quality of raw materials and accurately weighing ingredients Mixing, kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding and shaping dough for a variety of bread and pastry products Preparing pastry fillings and bakery ingredients Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to achieve consistent, high-quality baked products Coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of bread, rolls, pastries and other baked goods Glazing buns and pastries and decorating cakes with cream and icing as required Operating bakery machinery used for mixing, rolling, moulding and cutting dough Cleaning, emptying and greasing baking trays, tins and other baking equipment Maintaining a clean,



organised and hygienic work environment in accordance with food safety standards Assisting with stock rotation and minimising product wastage Working closely with the bakery team to ensure production schedules and quality standards are consistently met Qualification &

experience Excellent English communication skills Full working rights in Australia AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3) A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience as a Baker Strong organisational and time management skills The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products A strong understanding of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements The ability to work both independently and as part of a team About Company Badboy Bakehouse is a modern artisan bakery dedicated to producing high-quality breads, pastries, cakes, and baked goods using premium ingredients and traditional baking techniques.
