Club Charlestown is a quickly growing business that is looking for additional staff experienced bar and gaming attendants to join the team! The positions are based across our 2 venues- Club Charlestown and Club Lambton in the areas of bar, gaming and reception.

With bowling greens, function spaces, 7-day dining and café outlets, the Club hosts many different events and promotions that attract people of all ages. The role:

Joining our front of house team means working at a fast pace to create enjoyable and memorable moments for our members and guests.

In the day to day, you will:

-Take customer orders, make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and maintain the bar area. This includes tap beer, cocktails and coffee.

-Operate TAB & Keno and gaming facilities and assist members and guests with gaming related enquiries

-Complete cash and EFTPOS transactions

-Monitor gaming areas, ensuring a safe and responsible environment

-Follow all responsible service of alcohol, gaming and venue compliance requirements

-Turn over tables in the main lounge, courtyard and function spaces





-Help create positive interactions with guests and contribute to a vibrant venue atmosphere.

To be considered for a position with us:

-You must have a current NSW RSA and RCG competency card. ARCG highly desired

-Demonstrated experience in a customer service role

-Be available to work a variety of shift times including days, nights and weekends across both venues

-We are currently looking for staff that are interested in about 15 hours a week (room for additional hours). Saturday availability is a must

-Have an outgoing, positive attitude and be able to work well as part of a team

-Have full Australian working rights

Pay: $35.23 – $52.00 per hour
