About the role:

We are hiring a barista for a current venture, with options to go full time for the right applicant

5am starts across a 7 day week roster, early starts and early finishes

Interest in working across multiple venues in the Inner North welcomed

Principal Responsibility:

You’ll need at least 2 years experience working with specialty coffee and be comfortable with:

- Dialling in espresso and making adjustments throughout the day
- Adjusting grinders and troubleshooting shots
- Understanding dose, yield, extraction and how they affect the cup
- Consistent milk texturing and latte art

-Filter coffee, Batch brew and Cold brew preparation
- Tasting coffee and making adjustments based on flavour




- Working quickly and cleanly through busy service
- Maintaining a high standard of coffee even when it gets busy

-Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately -Greeting guests warmly and taking orders

-Engaging with customers and creating memorable experiences
