As our new Barista, you will:

- Bring a genuine passion for coffee and consistently prepare high-quality beverages
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Deliver outstanding customer service, creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while upholding the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety.

About You To be successful, you will:

- Have recent previous experience as a barista/cafe all rounder
- Be passionate about coffee and delivering the highest quality product and experience to our patrons
- Genuinely enjoy interacting with patrons of all demographics and have high customer service skills
- Have the ability to remain calm and adaptable whilst working in a fast-paced environment
- Always demonstrate a 'can do' attitude, contribute to a positive workplace culture and supportive environment
- Be willing to learn and develop your skills in all areas of club operations
