Experienced Barista

This position is 18+ due to the requirements of the role.

OHD Maddingley is looking for an experienced barista to join our team.

We have a range of hours available, from 15 to 38+ hours per week, depending on availability and experience. Saturday, Sunday and Monday availability across morning/day and afternoon/evening is essential, with flexibility to accommodate other days based on your availability.

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 1–2 years of barista experience
- Confident with coffee and latte art
- Able to adjust pace and priorities as service demands
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional approach
- Reliable, positive and well presented
- RSA required or willingness to obtain one

The role This is a hands-on bar position in a busy restaurant environment. Coffee is a key part of the role, along with preparing cold drinks, milkshakes, fresh juices,



wine and cocktails, taking payments, managing orders and keeping the bar clean, organised and well stocked, along with other general restaurant duties as required.

Customer service is also an important part of the role. You’ll interact with customers, provide friendly service and work closely with the wider team to keep service running smoothly.
