Enzo’s Cucina Dural is looking for a friendly, confident and experienced Bartender to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent bar service while creating a welcoming experience for our guests. You will work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout busy lunch and dinner periods.

Key responsibilities:

- Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and other beverages
- Taking drink orders and providing knowledgeable recommendations to guests
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
- Setting up and closing down the bar before and after service
- Monitoring and restocking bar supplies
- Providing friendly, professional and attentive customer service
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Working closely with waitstaff,



management and the kitchen team
- Ensuring responsible service of alcohol and compliance with RSA requirements
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene
- Assisting with general front-of-house duties when required

We are looking for someone who is reliable, well-presented, confident with customers and able to work calmly in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Previous bartending or restaurant experience is preferred, and a current NSW RSA is required. Pay: $25.00 – $38.00 per hour
