Beauty Therapist & Laser Technician

Part-time or Full-time | $30–$37 per hour Bonuses & Commissions

Promedic Skin Laser Clinic is seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist / Laser Technician to join our friendly, professional, and growing team in Moonee Ponds.

This is an excellent prospect for a qualified therapist with a genuine passion for skin, laser, and cosmetic treatments. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in a beauty, skin, or laser clinic environment and will be confident in delivering high-quality treatments with exceptional client care.

About the Role

As a Beauty Therapist / Laser Technician, you will work closely with clients to assess their concerns, provide professional treatment advice, and create tailored treatment plans to help them achieve visible, long-lasting results.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Laser hair removal using Candela technology

- Laser skin treatments, including laser facials and rejuvenation

- Skin needling

- Medical-grade peels





- Microdermabrasion

- Pigmentation and sun damage treatments

- LED light therapy

- Cosmetic teeth whitening

- Tattoo removal

- HIFU treatments

- Client consultations and personalised treatment planning

- Reception and customer service duties when required

- Product and treatment recommendations

- Supporting clinic sales targets and KPIs

About You

We are looking for an experienced, confident, reliable, and well-presented therapist who is passionate about the beauty, skin, and cosmetic industry.

You will take pride in delivering excellent customer service, building strong client relationships, and helping clients feel confident in their skin.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Certificate in Dermal Science, Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy, or an equivalent recognised qualification

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Beauty Therapist and/or Laser Technician

- Laser Safety Officer Certificate / Laser Safety Licence

- Proven experience in laser hair removal

- Experience using Candela technology is essential

- Strong experience in the beauty, skin, or cosmetic clinic industry

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional, friendly, and confident manner

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work well within a team
- A results-driven attitude

- Experience achieving sales targets, KPIs, and treatment recommendations

- Reception experience will be highly regarded
