We work with young children with developmental delays, providing one-on-one therapy in their homes and education settings (daycare, kindergarten, and primary school). Our practice is grounded in behavioural science and guided by the latest research and evidence.

✨ No prior experience working with neurodiverse people is required, just a passion for making a difference.

What we offer

- Personalised in-house training and tailored mentoring from a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA).
- Ongoing supervision for those pursuing a career in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).

What we’re looking for

- A fun personality and positive outlook!
- A genuine desire to empower neurodiverse children.
- Current driver’s licence and unrestricted access to a reliable vehicle (travel required between clients).
- Availability to work Saturday mornings and some weekdays to start, with the chance for additional shifts. We operate Mondays–Saturdays.
- (Highly preferred but not essential): Completion of, or current enrolment in, a degree in ABA, psychology, education, or health sciences.

Legal requirements

(Candidates may apply while working towards these):
- Current Employee Working with Children Check.
- Current approved Education and Care Setting First Aid qualification OR Provide First Aid plus Anaphylaxis Management and Asthma training.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
