About us

Allied Progress is a growing NDIS-registered provider delivering Positive Behaviour Support, done properly — evidence-based, trauma-informed, and backed by genuine director-led leadership.

We're looking for Proficient-level Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our contractor team, working with participants, families and support networks across disability, child protection and complex-needs settings.

The role

As a contracted BSP with Allied Progress, you'll:

- Conduct functional behaviour assessments across a range of presentations and settings
- Develop and implement quality, person-centred behaviour support plans
- Work directly with participants, families and broader support networks
- Liaise with allied health professionals, support coordinators and other stakeholders
- Manage your own caseload and schedule, with clinical and operational support from the directors

What we're looking for

- Certified BSP — Ideally proficient level or above
- Tertiary qualification in psychology, social work or allied health
- QLD based — Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gympie or Rockhampton
- Confident functional assessment and report writing skills
- Robust communication with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams
- Current driver's licence and own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
