The Opportunity

We’re expanding our Ports & Renewable Energy teams and are seeking qualified Boilermakers and Fitters to join our growing crew. You’ll be part of a professional, hands-on team that travels to major terminals, quarries and wind farms across Australia, carrying out:

- Structural, mechanical and general maintenance on port cranes, straddle carriers, and port equipment
- Wind turbine component maintenance and mechanical repair works
- Fabrication, welding and machining tasks
- Preventive maintenance, major shutdowns, and refurbishment projects
- Working alongside engineers and OEMs on complex engineering solutions




- Most work around the Melbournes inner west and Western suburbs.

About You

We’re looking for skilled, safety-focused tradespeople with:

- Trade qualification as a Boilermaker or Mechanical Fitter
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- A proactive and adaptable attitude toward travel and long hours
- Current White Card, and ideally Working at Heights, Confined Space, and EWP tickets
- Experience with crane, heavy equipment, or wind turbine maintenance (highly regarded)
- A commitment to safe work practices and delivering quality results
