Role Description This Brand Ambassador role is an on-site position across NSW, VIC, Qld, SA and WA.

The Brand

Ambassador will represent Parfums de Marly in-store, providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences that reflect the brand’s identity. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers, demonstrating products, sharing brand stories, and driving sales through personalised recommendations. The role also involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, supporting promotional events,



and collaborating with store teams to build brand awareness and loyalty.

The Brand

Ambassador will track performance metrics, provide feedback on customer trends, and consistently uphold Niche International Group’s standards of professionalism and luxury presentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to engage diverse customers and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness skills to represent niche brands authentically and consistently in-store.
- Candidates should possess explicit and professional Communication skills to convey product benefits, brand stories, and promotional information effectively.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in retail, beauty, or luxury goods environments and a genuine interest in fragrance.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site, standing for extended periods, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with store and brand teams.
- Candidates should demonstrate reliability, professional presentation, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
