Tradelink Hilton has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Branch Assistant.

This is not your typical branch-based role. Working across multiple locations throughout metropolitan Adelaide, you'll be a key representative of the business, supporting customers, teams, and branch operations wherever needed. Travel is a major component of the position, and we're looking for someone who enjoys being on the move, building relationships, and making a positive impact across our network.

What a typical day could look like:

No two days are the same. One day you may be supporting operations in branch, processing orders, preparing quotes, managing inventory, and assisting customers. The next, you may be travelling across metropolitan Adelaide to support multiple locations, delivering orders, meeting new customers and supporting different teams.

You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, supporting order management and quoting, and providing operational support where it's needed most. Solid communication,



organisation, and the ability to work independently are essential in this dynamic role.

What we're looking for:

- Valid South Australian driver's licence and a safe driving record.
- A passion for customer service and building genuine relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Drive, motivation, and initiative.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Adaptability and willingness to work across multiple locations.
- A team-player attitude: hard-working, and always willing to help.
- Forklift licence advantageous but not required.
- Willingness to learn and develop every day.
