About the Role
As Branch Manager, you will lead a high performing and engaged team to proudly deliver performance outcomes and exceptional standards of service to our Members, so we can collectively build on our established brand in the local area and achieve revenue growth for our Palmerston branch. We know that work/life balance is important, so we offer stable hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.15pm. Working directly with your team and community in Palmerston, you will play a crucial role in Police Credit Union’s overall success.
As an experienced lender, your impressive track record in business development, including the acquisition of new customers and a well-established network of referral sources, combined with your passion for community engagement will all add to your success in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and promote mutually beneficial and profitable relationships between PCU and its members
- Manage, train and coach staff to maximise sales opportunities by meeting the needs of the member with superior service levels
- Achieve sales and growth targets, manage expenditure budgets and maintain service standards of your branch
- Contribute to and drive overall team sales and performance and explore current business development opportunities
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless Member experience and customer service standards
Skills & Experience
You are
- Passionate about engaged leadership with experience in sales coaching and training
- A business development enthusiast with a strong personal brand in your local community and well-developed experience in leading business development activity.
- An experienced personal and home lender
- Driven to provide an exceptional customer experience, supporting your team to do the same
- Collaborative and self-aware, with a ‘can-do’ approach
- Focused, with an eye for detail and a strong ability to build positive and collaborative relationships with Members and staff.
- Confident, disciplined and hardworking, you strive to meet and exceed service and sales KPIs, all with a smile on your face.
