At Goodman Fielder, we're building the next generation of food experiences. We're looking for a Breakthrough Innovation Marketing Manager to identify transformational growth opportunities, develop bold innovation strategies, and bring them to life through successful commercial execution.

This is a high-impact role where you'll work across strategy, innovation, consumer insights, R&D;, and commercial teams to turn future-focused ideas into market-ready solutions that drive business growth.

You'll partner with senior leaders across the business to explore consumer trends, assess growth opportunities, build compelling business cases, and lead innovation initiatives from concept through to commercialisation.

What You'll Do

- Identify and develop breakthrough innovation opportunities.
- Translate strategic priorities into growth roadmaps and innovation pipelines.
- Lead concept development, consumer testing, business case creation, and commercialisation.
- Drive complex cross-functional projects from idea through to launch.
- Present recommendations and investment cases to senior leaders.
- Leverage market, consumer and competitive insights to uncover future growth opportunities.
- Manage complex projects end to end
- Collaborate with the global Wilmar network on opportunities

What You'll Bring

- 6+ years' experience in Innovation, Strategy, Commercial, Insights, Portfolio or Growth roles.





- Strong commercial acumen and business case development experience.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling capabilities.
- FMCG, food, retail, tech, startup or adjacent industry experience preferred.
