About the Opportunity

As a Broker Support Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the organisations growing broker and referral partner network. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and skilled experience for partners throughout the entire lending process.

This position offers a blend of relationship management, administration, and operational support, providing exposure to all facets of the business. You'll gain valuable experience within lending and financial services while helping drive partner engagement, business growth, and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the onboarding and accreditation of new broker and referral partners.
- Coordinate partner documentation, due diligence, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and manage broker-introduced loan applications from submission through to settlement.
- Liaise with credit, operations, finance, and partnership teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Maintain accurate records and workflows through HubSpot CRM.
- Assist with tracking partner activity, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Ensure commission payments are processed accurately and on time.




- Support training, onboarding, and ongoing engagement activities with partners.
- Contribute to maintaining high service standards and strong partner relationships.

About You You may currently be working in banking, lending, mortgage broking, financial services administration, customer service, settlements, or a similar support role and be looking for a genuine career opportunity. We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, customer-focused, and enjoys building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience within financial services will be highly regarded, however attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are equally important.
