In the role of Business Banking Manager 3, you will join the Regional & Agribusiness team, contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.

You’ll make an impact each day by:

- Put customers at the centre of everything you do.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and agribusiness customers, becoming their trusted banking partner.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understand their financial goals and deliver tailored banking solutions.
- Educate customers on their business banking options and provide sound advice on risks, opportunities and growth strategies.
- Leverage your networks and local market knowledge to identify new business opportunities and generate referrals.
- Prepare, structure and submit lending proposals to help customers achieve their ambitions.
- Maintain strong risk and compliance disciplines while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

You’ll bring to this role:

- Proven experience in business banking, commercial lending or relationship management.




- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify customer needs, risks and growth opportunities.
- Experience managing customer portfolios and building long-term trusted relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse customer financials and structure appropriate lending solutions.
- A strong understanding of credit risk, lending policy and the end-to-end lending process.
- A proactive approach to business development and generating new customer opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A degree in Banking, Finance, Commerce, Accounting or a related discipline.
