Business Applications Platform Specialist

Perth CBD | Dynamics 365 F&O; | Power Platform and Copilot Studio

NRW Holdings is seeking a technically capable and business-focused Business Applications Platform Specialist to join our Information Technology team at our Perth Head Office.

Reporting to the EISA Manager, you will configure, develop and support the business platforms underpinning NRW’s operations, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and extend Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across assigned modules
- Develop X++ extensions and customisations in line with established architecture and development standards
- Design and deliver model-driven and canvas apps, Dataverse solutions and Power Automate flows
- Build and maintain Copilot Studio agents aligned with business requirements and data governance standards
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365 and the wider application environment
- Investigate production issues and resolve data, system and configuration problems
- Support period-end activities, testing, releases and deployment pipelines through Azure DevOps
- Work with business teams to gather requirements and recommend practical platform solutions
- Deliver workshops, demonstrations and user training
- Maintain functional designs, configuration records, technical documentation and test evidence
- Monitor solution performance and improve applications based on business feedback
- Support platform governance and continuous improvement across NRW’s technology environment

About You To be considered, you will have:
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Practical X++ development experience, including extensions and customisations




- Experience delivering Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Dataverse and Power Automate
- Experience with Copilot Studio agents, or the technical aptitude to develop this capability
- Understanding of finance, procurement, project or supply chain processes
- Experience supporting production business applications and conducting root-cause analysis
- Strong documentation, testing and problem-solving skills
- Confidence working with technical teams and business stakeholders
- A tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Information Technology, Commerce or equivalent professional experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications will be highly regarded
