Job Description

Westhaven Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Children Services team operating within the Immediate Transition Model (ITM). The role involves trauma-informed, structured support for children and young people with complex needs and backgrounds of trauma, in a residential setting in Tamworth.
