Job Description

Love building relationships and closing deals? We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative/Account Manager to join our team in Slacks Creek. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a thriving territory covering Slacks Creek, Mansfield, and Moorooka, delivering exceptional service while driving sales success.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Drive sales growth across your territory by building strong, long-term relationships with workshop customers.
n
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities and deliver value to customers.
n
- Prepare accurate, competitive quotations and confidently negotiate to win new business and maximise sales opportunities.
n
- Monitor, analyse, and report on customer performance, identifying growth opportunities and supporting business development initiatives.
n




- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market share and grow the customer base.
n
- Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with workplace health and safety standards.
n
- Provide valuable market intelligence and contribute to competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

n

n
- An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
n
- Experience in a field based sales position, ideally within the automotive parts industry
n
- Customer focused with strong time management abilities
n
- Excellent communication & presentation with the ability to engage with customers
n
- Good attention to detail
