- Our Heart Swap Program supports emotional regulation during drop-off and pick-up, where families and children share and exchange coloured hearts as symbols of connection and reassurance.

- Our 'Tina-Bread' program, led by educator Gurvinder (Tina), invites children to make authentic naan bread, incorporating numeracy, literacy, and fine motor skills.

- We host Mini and Me Mornings on Mondays and Fridays, where babies and parents come together for morning tea, connection, and shared experiences.

About You:

n

n
- Hold a Diploma or above in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Minimum of 2 year's experience in a Centre Director role within childcare (Essential)
n
- A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
n
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
n
- Geecko training must be complete
n
- Police Check (dated within last 3 months)
n
- In depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for the children
n
- Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students.
n
- You have a vision to support local families and their children by mentoring and leading your team to exceptional heights
n
- Have strong communication skills written and verbal
