Requirements Current AHPRA registration, aged care experience preferred, strong communication skills

- Provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents

- Develop and implement personalised care plans

- Support and mentor care staff to ensure best practice

- Monitor and manage medication administration and health outcomes

- Communicate with families, doctors, and allied health professionals
