Cazalys Palmerston Club is looking for a full time duty manager to join our team. The successful applicant will possess the following attributes,

- Proficiency in gaming, food and beverage management with minimum two (2) years' experience is essential.
n
- Solid understanding of Gaming,Keno and TAB facilities.
n
- Maintaining a high standard of service to all patrons, while ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
n
- Ensure smooth running of the club on designated shifts.
n
- Complete all cash reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner.
n
- Proactively supervise all staff by providing clear and consistent direction, ensuring that high standards are adhered to at all times,



as well as promoting a harmonious team environment.
n
- Be willing to take responsibility and accountability.
n
- Ability to mentor and train staff.
n
- The right candidate must have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus, as well as be professionally presented and groomed at all times.
n
- A committed, trustworthy and responsible individual is what we are looking for.The candidate must be flexible and available to work nights (at least 2-3/week), weekends, public holidays, when rostering demands this.
