Job Description

The Salvation Army Australia is seeking a Case Manager in Melbourne to support young people and families facing homelessness or housing insecurity. You will manage a caseload of up to 12 clients and deliver tailored practical support through Youth & Family Outreach, Crisis Accommodation, and Interim & Transition programs.

Reporting to the Client Services Coordinator and collaborating with a Program Manager, you will develop therapeutic case plans, build trusted relationships, and help clients
