Job Description

Ability Action Australia's Nowra team seeks a Behaviour Support Practitioner to support NDIS participants and their families. You will assess needs, develop and deliver evidence-based plans within a complex care environment and work within a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes.

You will offer family and carer engagement, manage a varied caseload and receive weekly supervision, mentoring from senior clinicians, and opportunities for career development across Ability Action
