Job Description

An exciting chance for a Senior Lawyer or junior Senior Associate (3–6 PAE) to join a highly regarded Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice in Brisbane.

The team acts for listed companies, large private corporations and government clients across complex commercial disputes and high-value litigation. You will work across a broad range of matters, including insolvency, corporate compliance, defamation, intellectual property and white-collar crime.

The Role

n

You will:

n

n
- Advise on complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
n
- Work on insolvency, corporate, defamation, IP and white-collar disputes.
n
- Assist with litigation strategy and conduct matters from start to finish.
n
- Draft pleadings, submissions, correspondence and legal advice.
n
- Undertake complex legal research and analysis.
n
- Work directly with clients, counsel, experts and other stakeholders.
n
- Develop strong client relationships and provide strategic, commercially focused advice.
n




- Work closely with experienced partners and lawyers across the practice.
n

About You

n

n
- Approximately 3–6 years' PAE.
n
- Strong commercial litigation and dispute resolution experience.
n
- Experience in a respected mid-tier, top-tier or large commercial law firm.
n
- Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Excellent communication and client management capabilities.
n

n

Commercially focused and proactive approach.

n

n
- Ability to manage complex matters and competing deadlines.
n
- Genuine interest in developing a long-term career in commercial litigation.
n
